Have I ever mentioned that I know how to cook?

If not, there you have it! It has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Some of my fondest memories involve being in the kitchen with my mom as a kid (I learned how to make propper pasta from scratch for lasagna at a very young age!), to the sweet aroma of cinnamon when my grandma cooked “arroz con leche”, a dessert reserved for special ocassions.

All these experiences share a couple of things in common – the stress of ensuring everything is cooked right on time and, the gaze filled with the passion and love poured into making something special for those you care about.

I guess my true love language is expressed through cooking for someone I care about. If I’ve ever prepared a meal for you personally, that means you are very important to me. I’d love to share this feeling with you and cook together, that way we can be important for each other and, hopefully, share a little bit of this immense passion of mine with you!

But don’t get me wrong, kitchen life is not suited for everyone.
If you are in the food-business you have my respect!
